Here are five football passing drills for free which you can do anywhere!!Even at your home. Passing is one of the most essential parts of the game. You cannot neglect it in your training plan. Include the home football passing drills in your training plan and watch yourself improve.
SO LETS GET INTO THE DRILLS:-
ONE TOUCH PASSING
The most basic and most easy football passing drills. One should be comfortable in passing the ball to your teammate in a single touch.
This football drill is also great for your warmup. While performing this drill, try to bend your knees a little. This will lower your centre of gravity which will help you balance and get a much more cleaner touch on the ball.Also make sure to put your weight towards the ground and the ball. This will again, help you in getting a much cleaner touch. Stay concentrated and try to take quality touches. Make sure to practice with both legs.
REPS:- 30-40 WITH EACH LEG
INSIDE TAP PASSING
This football drill is especially great for players who play in the wing. To perform this drill, pass the ball towards the wall, when it comes back take a 90 degree touch to your left. Now again pass towards the wall and repeat the same procedure. You can keep a marker or any other thing for reference. This movement helps in changing directions quickly. Make sure to stay low and take small and composed touches.

SOLE ROLE PASSING
This drill helps you in improving your control on the ball with the sole. This part of your leg is really great for close ball control. To perform this football drill, keep a marker in front of you. Pass the ball towards the wall. As it comes back, do a sole role towards your left. Now again pass the ball towards the wall and repeat the procedure. This is a match effective football skill which you can use in real life football matches to beat defenders. Make sure to stay low here too. It helps you with your balance.

4. CRUYFF TURN PASSING
The Cruyff turn is a great football skill to change directions. To do this skill tap the ball with your active foot behind your standing foot. This drill helps you improve the skill as well as ball mastery. Here also it is suggested that you keep a marker for reference. You can use this skill to fake pass or shoot by doing the fake first followed by the Cruyff turn.

BACK FOOT TOUCH PASSING
This move if best to simulate real match receiving. In a match it is always suggested that you receive the ball on your back foot. To perform this football drill , pass the ball towards the wall. As it comes back receive it on your back foot and change direction. Then repeat the same procedure. Make sure to change your orientation quickly.
