Here are 4 football drills for free to improve your juggling at home. Football juggling is an essential part of your training plan since these football drills help you in improving your ball control. You can do these football drills anywhere, even at your home.
So lets get into the drills:-
SINGLE LEG FOOTBALL JUGGLES
This one is a really effective football juggling drill to help you improve your ball control. Keep yourself calm and juggle with a single leg. Make sure to take small touches so that the football is within your control. Another tip is to take small hops with your standing leg to balance yourself. Aim to do at least 50 with a single leg. No problem if it goes out of control a few times. Practice and try to make it smooth.
REPS:- 50-75
123 JUGGLES
It is a variation of the first drill. Take three juggles with one leg and another three with the other leg. The previous tips apply here also. Take small and composed touches. You can also increase the number of juggles using one leg in a sequence. For eg in the first rep you do three juggles with a single leg, second rep it increases to four and so on.
REPS:- 30 TO 40 WITH A SINGLE LEG

ALTERNATE FOOT JUGGLES
This one is the basic classic style of juggling. This one is the most simple and basic among all other football juggling drills. Take your Juggles with alternating legs. There is no need of much explanation. Aim for 100 reps.
WALKING JUGGLES
This football juggling drill is a little difficult when compared to other drills (especially if you have space constrain). It is same as the previous one the only difference being that you have to walk along while you juggle. Take approximately five steps then turn and trace back your steps while you juggle. This football juggling drill will improve your ball control and will make you much more comfortable on the ball.
